Can I still wear my old uniform?
Yes, you can still wear the old uniform, we are transitioning to the new uniform over time.
I am joining CA to work as an educator in a service. Do I get a uniform?
Yes, we will provide a uniform bundle for all field team members. As an educator, you can order a complimentary educator bundle. As part of this bundle, you will receive a lanyard and a CA-branded hat as an educator. There will be vests for you to wear when you attend service.
When I start, how do I get my free uniform bundle?
You can order the uniform bundle here at our uniform store. When you commence arrive & thrive, our onboarding program, one of the tasks will be to order your uniform using a unique code.
I am joining CA to work as a coordinator in a service. Do I get a uniform?
Yes, we will provide a uniform bundle for all field team members. As a coordinator, you can order a complimentary coordinator bundle. As part of this bundle, you will receive a CA-branded polo, two CA-branded t-shirts, a lanyard and a CA-branded hat. There will be vests for you to wear when you attend service.
As a coordinator at a service, can I wear a t-shirt?
If you are attending a school event, we recommend wearing the polo for a more professional appearance, but you can wear a t-shirt during before and after school and holiday care sessions.
Are sizes the same across each product?
Sizes vary for each product, so check the size guide for each item to ensure you purchase a garment that will best fit you. Many of the uniforms are unisex, which means they can be generous. Our Camp Australia t-shirt is a slimmer fit style, so we recommend sizing up should you prefer a looser fit.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders will be sent using the StarTrack. You should receive your order within five to eight working days after it is dispatched, however it is often faster than this. If you are in a remote area your delivery could take up to two weeks.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a representative will leave a card for you detailing instructions on pickup from the nearest post office.
Please note that we are not able to adjust the delivery address once an order has left our warehouse.
Can I track my order?
Should you wish to receive an updated ETA, please email uniforms@campaustralia.com.au.
Are there care instructions for the uniforms?
All care instructions are located on the care label of each garment.
What if my uniform doesn't fit properly?
You can exchange or return uniforms that don't fit correctly via the returns process.
Do the prices include GST?
All prices shown are in AUD and are inclusive of 10% GST.
